Fillet of Organic Clare Island Salmon, with a Bernaise sauce & crispy fried Oyster.
Prime 10oz Irish Sirloin Steak, Portobello Mushroom,
vine tomato& red onion garnish, Pepper, Garlic or  Irish whiskey sauce.
Fresh Fillet of Killybegs Hake, prawn and saffron sauce, pickled cucumber.
Half Silver Hill Duck, traditional orange sauce, Apricot stuffing.
Glen Valley Irish Chicken Fillet, wrapped in dry cure bacon on aClonakilty black pudding and barley rissotto.
Linguini Pasta with chilli, garlic, and basil in a rich tomato sauce.
Courgette & Carrott Fritters, with a spanish style tomato and chickpea salsa.
